In the FlowPro project, funded by the BMVI, the partners want to develop a heterogeneous logistics network in which, with the help of artificial intelligence, decentralized agent systems consisting of ground and airborne transport units can independently transport goods as needed, both within factory buildings and between company units as well as in cross-company networks. This is intended to economically and ecologically address the increasing individual mobility requirements in industry, which are associated with batch sizes up to 1.
