Episode 4: Sensor Technology (IMU)

Sensor Technology is the application of technical components by means of physical or chemical effects to measure. In the latest episode of the #DroneTechAcademy, Dr. Nils Gageik (General Manager tech.) explains what role the IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) plays as a sensor unit in the programming of a quadrocopter.

The video series is based on our teaching and learning platform, the Quadrotor Control System (#QCS), a development set-up for quadrocopter programming.
