Like a radio, flight sensors can also experience signal interference, i.e. noise from the environment. In order to lower such noise, mathematically based algorithms, also called filters, must be applied. In our 6th episode of the #DroneTechAcademy, Dr. Gageik, General Manager (tech.), introduces the widely used Kalman Filter. An algorithm that the NASA already used for the first moon landing.
